It's been a whirlwind since getting back to the Uk mid january.  First of all I sourced some great materials from Spain it's definately one of my favourite places to buy buttons, fabrics (amongst  but a few). I came back re-focused  and ready for action.

Then it all happpened. . . there is a film produced and created by Kirklees Filmakers kirkleesfilmmakers.org/     it 'Stars' me ;-) telling the story of our studios Savile Bridge Mill Studios and it was a brill experience. I have been working with an amazing cliente of Altogether Better, a Kirlees Project, Andrew Cooper. His drive and enthusiasm is infectious, before I knew it, I was finding, not just one but two potters wheels (not at the same time that is)!!!!! Ta to Kirklees College for the 1st lend and 2nd   to Alison Cambell, ceramisist. Andrew has been putting together,from scratch a collection of thrown ceramics for a film he was makeing with Meriul Din of Krklees Filmmakers. We did not have much time and with the constaints of CLAY (any one who works with it will know what I am talking about) got to a point of film making day. Unfortunately Andrew is very ill and couldn't film on the day . . . I will keep you informed.

My latest work is ready to fly. . . 2-D, leather hand bags and wedding pieces.

Thank you for all the lovely feed back  & sales by all who visited the WYPW Winter Fair, the Vintage & Craft Emporium in Slaithwate, Revive in Heckmondwike recently. I have been road testing the designer cashmere and people love it!

Winding down for our Christmas & New Year holiday in Europe. Dead giddy because I will get chance to seak out new accessories, materials Etc. like I always do !!!  There has been more than one return flight where we have had to add an extra bag on,  because of my 'gathering'. My poor husband !

For the last three days I have been MAKING, yes it's in capitals!  

Making for the Revive-Gallery Christmas  exhibition start tomorrow ( fri' 18th) .

Making for The Vintage & Craft Emporium - Slaithwaite delivery on sat'19th. I am there all day come over and say hi.

Making for the Barcleys ladies - Delivery tomorrow ( fri'18th) I went for a meeting and ended up being asked to supply a selection of cards, keepsake packaging etc. for the ladies to purchase . . . Result!
